These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Casa Young Events ("we", "us", "our") to our clients ("you", "your").
By booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services
Casa Young Events provides wedding and event planning services, including venue sourcing, event planning, coordination and connecting clients with trusted venues and suppliers, primarily for weddings and events abroad.
The exact services included in your chosen package will be confirmed with you before booking.
Where we introduce you to a venue or supplier, the venue or supplier may be a separate business and may have their own terms, conditions and payment requirements.

2. Booking & Deposit
A booking with Casa Young Events is confirmed once we have received the required 20% deposit.
The deposit must be paid before we can confirm bookings with venues or suppliers on your behalf or provide the full contact details and information relating to our recommended venues and suppliers.
The deposit secures our services and allows us to begin work on your event, including venue research, supplier communication and planning.
The remaining 80% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event date.
We reserve the right to stop providing our services if the balance has not been paid by the required date.

3. Non-Refundable Deposit
The 20% deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
This is because work may begin immediately after the deposit has been received, including venue research, supplier communication, planning and administration.
Any payments made directly to venues or third-party suppliers will be subject to their own cancellation and refund policies.

4. Changes to Your Event
We understand that plans can change and will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes to your event.
Changes may result in additional costs depending on the work involved and any additional charges from venues or suppliers.
Any significant changes to the services agreed will be discussed with you before additional costs are incurred.

5. Venues & Suppliers
We work with a selection of venues and suppliers that we believe provide a high standard of service.
However, venues and suppliers are independent businesses and we cannot guarantee their availability, pricing, performance or continued operation.
Where a contract is made directly between you and a venue or supplier, that contract is separate from your agreement with Casa Young Events.
Any complaints, cancellations, refunds or disputes relating specifically to a third-party venue or supplier may need to be dealt with directly with that business.
Where appropriate, we will assist you in communicating with the venue or supplier.

6. Prices
All Casa Young Events package prices will be confirmed to you before booking.
Prices provided by venues and suppliers may change before a booking is confirmed. Once you have approved and paid for a service, the agreed price will apply unless additional services or changes are requested.
Any additional services requested after booking may incur additional charges.

7. Cancellation by You
If you choose to cancel your booking with Casa Young Events, your 20% deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel after paying the remaining balance, any refund will be considered based on the work already completed and any non-refundable costs or commitments made on your behalf.
Payments made directly to third-party suppliers or venues will be subject to their individual cancellation policies.

8. Cancellation by Us
In exceptional circumstances, we may need to cancel our services.
Where this happens, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and, where appropriate, refund payments made to us for services that we have not yet provided.
We will not be responsible for costs paid directly to third-party venues or suppliers.

9. Events Outside Our Control
We will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. This may include severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, travel disruption, government restrictions, venue closure, supplier failure or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will always do our best to help find a suitable solution where possible.

10. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing us with accurate information about your event, including guest numbers, dates, requirements and any relevant restrictions.
You are also responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary passports, visas, travel arrangements, insurance and other documentation required for travelling to and holding your event abroad.

11. Event Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients take out appropriate wedding/event insurance and travel insurance, particularly when holding an event abroad.
Casa Young Events is not responsible for losses that could reasonably have been covered by appropriate insurance.

12. Liability
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses, damage, delays or additional costs caused by a third-party venue, supplier, guest, travel provider or other independent service provider.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

13. Communication
We will communicate with you using the contact details you provide.
You are responsible for checking messages and providing information or approvals when requested. Delays in receiving information or decisions from you may affect the planning or delivery of your event.

14. Photography & Marketing
With your permission, we may ask to use photographs or videos from your event for our website, social media and marketing purposes.
We will not use identifiable photographs of you or your guests for marketing without your permission.

15. Privacy
We will handle your personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We will only share your information with venues, suppliers or other relevant parties where necessary to provide the services you have requested.

16. Agreement
By paying the deposit and confirming your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the services and pricing agreed with you, form the basis of our agreement.
